La CordiereOwned and operated by Francoise Herry, this B&B is in a building that was constructed in 1582, one of the oldest in the village. It has three simply decorated but large and comfortable bedrooms, each with a bathroom and small kitchenette. There is a sweet terrace on an enclosed courtyard where the hospitable (and English speaking) Madame Herry serves an ample breakfast each morning (weather permitting--in colder weather breakfast is in the large, vaulted kitchen). There is also a studio with separate access, a complete kitchen, and laundry facilities for one week or longer stays. Prices are moderate, in the $70 per night range for the bedrooms and about $500 for one week in the studio (exact dollar amounts depend on the strength of the dollar against the euro).
