This apartment provides ample accommodation for one couple. The first floor has a sitting area, a dining area, and a corner kitchen opening on to a south-facing terrace that overlooks the village church and a fountain. The second floor has a bedroom and a small bathroom. There is a washer and dryer, a TV, and a cassette player. The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, two electric hotplates, a toaster oven, and a good supply of cooking utensils. The previous owners, who used the apartment as a weekend retreat, sold it to to Joe and Elisabeth fully and comfortably furnished with a mixture of antiques, art pieces, bric-à-brac and a lot of books.
